How to fix it
- Minimum 24 × 24 px (WCAG 2.2 SC 2.5.8); 44 px for key actions.
- Add spacing between adjacent actions.

We tag a finding as “Small target or dense layout” when the trace shows this pattern at the blocking step. It only becomes a ticket once it is Confirmed (reproduced in two or more cells or by replay), and we show which personas and agents it hit.
